Table talk is a long-form video series bringing together Native American and non-Native people over the great unifier: food. Through conversation, people can unlearn what school taught them about Native life.

Problem: How can we reduce harmful stereotypes against Native Americans?

Most American students last learned about Native American history in high school and college classes. But they don't learn the history past the 1900s.
58.1% of these students do not do further research on Native American history, aside from what they learned in the classroom. Thus, this leads to the erasure of modern Native American issues.
Solution: Series of videos where people share a meal and converse about Native American life and culture.

Two People Campaign

To promote new episodes, advertising will be displayed in high traffic areas such as subway stations. These ads will draw comparisons between each week’s guests, but end with the conversation, meal, and perspectives that they hold in common.
